Intel

The Intel tab is a read-only lifetime performance dashboard built from hard facts in the database. No scoring, no assumptions, nothing that depends on how you have Nudgarr configured. All numbers are derived directly from what Nudgarr has actually done.

Getting here

Open the Intel tab in the navigation bar, between Imports and Notifications.

Cold start

On a fresh install, or after a Reset Intel, Intel shows a building state until enough data has accumulated. The threshold is 25 confirmed imports or 50 completed sweep runs across all instances, whichever comes first. All cards display once either threshold is met.

Import Summary

Lifetime confirmed import activity across all pipelines and instances.

Headline numbers

MetricWhat it shows
Avg TurnaroundAverage time from Nudgarr's first search for an item to confirmed import, displayed in human-readable units (30m, 3h, 1d 12h, 8d etc).
Searches per ImportAverage number of searches it took to produce a confirmed import.
Quality Upgrades ConfirmedTotal confirmed quality upgrade events. Items that were already imported and later found at a higher quality. Excludes first-time acquisitions.

Breakdown table

Shows imports, searches, and conversion rate per pipeline. Conversion rate is confirmed imports divided by total searches for that pipeline.

Pipelines that are currently disabled show their historic data dimmed with a Disabled pill. Pipelines that were never enabled show zeros.

Instance Performance

Lifetime counts per instance. All numbers reflect activity since Nudgarr was first set up.

ColumnWhat it shows
Sweep RunsTotal sweep runs recorded for this instance.
Total SearchedCumulative items searched across all runs.
Confirmed ImportsTitles confirmed imported at least once for this instance. Protected -- survives Clear History.
Avg TurnaroundAverage time from first search to confirmed import for this instance. Protected -- survives Clear History.

Instances that are currently disabled show their historic counts dimmed with a Disabled pill and a grey dot. Data accumulates again if the instance is re-enabled.

Upgrade History

Shows how many titles were imported once versus improved after the initial import, plus the most common quality upgrade paths across your library.

MetricWhat it shows
Imported OnceTitles Nudgarr confirmed imported for the first time, regardless of how many searches it took.
UpgradedTitles that later received a second confirmed import at a higher quality. Reflects Cutoff Unmet and CF Score activity -- Backlog handles missing content and cannot produce upgrades.

Up to three most common upgrade paths are shown (e.g. WEBDL-1080p to Bluray-1080p, 184 times).

CF Score Health

Live stats from the CF Score index. This card is only visible when CF Score is enabled.

MetricWhat it shows
Total IndexedMonitored items currently in the CF Score index.
Below CutoffItems where the current CF score is below the quality profile cutoff.
% of IndexPercentage of indexed items that are below cutoff.
Avg GapAverage difference between cutoff score and current score across below-cutoff items.
Worst GapThe largest single score gap in the index.
App SplitBelow-cutoff count broken down by Radarr and Sonarr.
Last SyncedTimestamp of the most recent successful sync.

These numbers are live queries from the CF Score index and are not part of the protected Intel aggregate. Reset Intel has no effect on this card. Numbers update after each Scan Library run.

Exclusion Intel

Lifetime summary of exclusion activity.

MetricWhat it shows
Total ExclusionsCurrent count of all exclusion rows, manual and auto combined.
Auto this monthCount of auto-exclusions added since the first of the current calendar month (UTC). Resets naturally each month without deleting data.
Manual / Auto splitBreakdown by how exclusions were added, shown as counts and percentages.
Titles cycled through exclusionsTitles that were excluded and later unexcluded at least once. Counts both manual and auto cycles.
Unexcluded titles later importedTitles that were excluded, given a second chance via unexclude, and later confirmed imported.

When auto-exclusions are disabled a notice appears in place of the auto count.

Data persistence

Intel is designed to survive the operations that erase other data.

OperationEffect on Intel
Clear HistoryNo effect on Intel data
Clear ImportsNo effect on Intel data
State Retention pruningNo effect on Intel data
Reset Intel (Intel tab)Clears the Intel aggregate and exclusion event history. CF Score Health is not affected -- it reads live from the index.

Reset Intel

The Reset Intel button is at the bottom of the Intel tab. It clears the lifetime aggregate to zero and deletes all exclusion event history. CF Score Health is unaffected since it is a live query. Intel data begins accumulating again immediately on the next sweep. A confirmation dialog appears before the action runs.

This does not affect search history, confirmed imports, exclusions, or any other data.
